PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test problem distributing system capable of easily acquiring a text serving as a source sentence for test problems and capable of automatically creating test problems, on the basis of the text. SOLUTION: A sentence decision section 11 accesses a homepage 14 over the Internet to acquire a text, extracts a proper sentence from the text, and sends out the sentence. A test problem creating section 12 automatically creates test problems on the basis of the sentence sent out from the sentence decision section 11. The test problem distributing system is provided with a filter for extracting a sentence, in accordance with previously set conditions so that the filter can extract the sentence meeting the conditions, for example, of specific genre, difficulty level, length, language and the sentence can be sent out to the test problem creating section 12.
