PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator provided with a drawer device, having a convenient drawer which is of high quality with less rattling, and requires a small force to operate even in application of a load. SOLUTION: A rail member 31 is composed of fixed rails 31a, moving rails 31b, intermediate traveling rails 31c provided between the fixed rails 31a and moving rails 31b, and a plurality of bearings 31d as rotation supporting members for supporting engagement of the intermediate traveling rails 1c with the fixed rails 31b and the moving rails 31b. The fixed rails 31a are fixed to both side wall surfaces of an inner box 20 with the fixed rails 31a, moving rails 31b, the intermediate traveling rails 31c and the bearings 31d assembled together in advance, and the moving rails 31b are fixed to respective storage chamber doors. Accordingly, the moving rails 31b can be smoothly moved to reduce the operating force of drawers. Thus, the convenience of the refrigerator can be improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
