PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device for a molded ceiling board, which can arbitrarily adjust a cutting angle at a side board portion of the molded ceiling board at the time of cutting a substrate of the molded ceiling board. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the cutting device, a support stand 11 for supporting the molded ceiling board 21 consisting of the substrate and a skin member, is formed of a ceiling board bearing portion 11a for bearing thereon a top board portion of the molded ceiling board 21, and side board bearing portions 11b for bearing thereon the side board portions extending from the top board portion toward both right and left sides thereof. The cutting device has a cutting blade 15 arranged over the bearing stand 11 at a corresponding location, for cutting an edge of the substrate of the molded ceiling board 21 supported on the support stand 11 in a lateral direction. Then the cutting device is comprised of an angle adjusting mechanism 18 for adjusting the angle in a longitudinal direction of the support stand 11 with a cutting area on the ceiling board bearing portion 11a by the cutting blade 15 being set as a central axis A.
