摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing drinking water which emits far-infrared energy and has a narrowed spectrum line width of its water cluster, using a solution derived by chemically-treating a charge generating material. SOLUTION: The method comprises a dissolving step in which 98% sodium hydroxide and 98% calcium hydroxide are dissolved in distilled water, a primary stirring step in which a powder of a charge generating material is added to the reactant in the dissolving step and stirred, a secondary stirring step in which ferrous chloride (II) and ferric chloride (III) are added to the reactant in the primary stirring step, which is stirred until the color of the reactant perfectly changes from blue to brown, a neutralizing step in which hydrochloric acid is added to the reactant in the secondary stirring step to neutralize it up to pH 7 after standing the reactant of the secondary stirring step, a ternary stirring step in which distilled water is added to the neutralized reactant in the neutralizing step and stirred, and a distilling step in which, after standing the reactant of the ternary stirring step, only the supernatant clarified reactant in the upper part of the vessel is separated and distilled with powdered activated carbon added thereto.
