PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a surfactant free emulsified composition for skin excellent in emulsion stability, safety to the skin and usability, and skin care preparations for external use such as a skin care medicine for external use, a skin cosmetic, and the like, comprising the emulsified composition for skin. SOLUTION: The emulsified composition for skin contains an oil component, a glycyrrhizinic acid salt, a humectant and water and substantially no material having≤500μN/cm surface tension in a 1 wt.% aqueous solution. Or, the composition contains the oil component, the glycyrrhizinic acid salt, the humectant and water and, if needed, a material selected from the group consisting of colorants, flavors, pigments, antiseptics, antioxidants, UV protective agents, clay minerals, buffers for pH, ethanol and organic thickeners.
