PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child seat capable of securely holding a body against any shock even when applied to an immature baby. SOLUTION: The child seat 1 has a base member 2 mounted to the seat of an automobile and a shell member 3 installed on the base member 2 to hold the body of an infant. The child seat 1 is equipped with an inner bed 4 having a bottom surface part 4a which can place the body and is fixed to the inside of the shell member 3, and a side wall part 4b which is vertically provided at the position of both the right and left of the body when placing the body at the predetermined position.
