A dry-blended cholesterol-reducing composition and its method of manufacture are disclosed herein, wherein such cholesterol-reducing composition is formed by adding a dry-blended mixture including cholesterol-lowering active ingredients to a liquid, wherein the dry-blended mixture evenly disperses in the liquid for human consumption. The cholesterol-lowering active ingredients include phytosterols, inositol, policosanol, niacin, omega-3 fatty acids and Fibersol-2(R).
