摘要 Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a gelled polymer cell and a lithium secondary cell using the method. The method comprises (1) applying a polymer blend layer, in which an adhesive first polymer and a functional second polymer are dissolved in an organic solvent, on a separation film, and drying the resulting layer, (2) interposing the separation filmbetween an anode and a cathode to form layered electrodes, and heat pressing the electrodes, (3) producing a first electrolytic solution, (4) addingthe secondpolymer anda crosslinkmg agent, or only the crosslinkmg agent, to the first electrolytic solution to produce a second electrolytic solution, (5) inserting the electrodes into a packaging material, injecting the second electrolytic solution, and sealing the resulting structure to produce the cell, (6) aging the cell to swell the coated separation film, and (7) crosslinkmg the resulting film and the electrolytic solution to form a gel.
