A KIND OF NET PCR REACTION TUBE

A kind of net PCR reaction tube is provided which includes a tube substance and a tube cap,there is an inside tube on the madical surface of the cap,and there is at least one supplying hole on the inside tube.The reaction tube has one inside tube on the cap,in which the second turn PCR reaction system is provided,the second reaction system will enter into the tube substance to do the second turn PCR amplification through centrifuge,vibration or other modes after the finish of the first turn amplification, this kind of PCR reaction tube realizes the physical isolation between the two turns of net PCR amplifications and avoids the pollution of PCR system by the stepwise operation, so it improves the reliability of the net PCR; further, it can pre-reserve the dry reagents of the two turns net PCR reaction systems in the reaction tube,convienient to transportating or preserving.The structure of this kind of PCR reaction tube is simple and can be extensively used in all kinds of net PCR reactions.
