<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve usability for an automatic voice interaction system. <P>SOLUTION: The method of the prevent invention comprises step of storing, upon accepting data input from a specified user, input data in a specified user history data storage part for every kind of input data; determination step of determining, before requesting data input by voice to the specified user for a specified kind of data according to an interaction program, whether a usable specified kind of data is stored or not in reference to the specified user history data storage part; and a processing execution step of reading, in a case that the usable specified kind of data is stored in the specified user history data storage part, the specified kind of data from the specified user history data storage part without requesting input of the specified kind of data to the specified user, and executing a predetermined processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
