<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental treatment chair which includes a carrier frame, a seat part, a leg rest part vertically rotatably assembled within the front end part area of the seat part, a backrest part vertically rotatably assembled within the rear end part area of the seat part or the carrier frame, and a height adjusting device to adjust the height of the seat part, and whose height and inclination can be independently adjusted. <P>SOLUTION: The height adjusting device 12 is supported on the carrier frame 2 and retains the seat part 3. An adjusting device 24 is disposed between the height adjusting device 12 and the seat part 3. The adjusting device 24 adjusts the seat part 3 into an inclination position with a rear-downward inclined inclination part and adjusts the seat part 3 to be returned.
