<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam turbine and its turbine rotor capable of improving turbine stage efficiency by improving a shape of a balance hole provided in a rotor disc or a blade implanted part, swelling leaking fluid guided into the balance hole, and obtaining reaction force of leaking fluid. <P>SOLUTION: This steam turbine and its turbine rotor are provided with the balance hole 26 in the rotor disc 21. Opening area of the balance hole 26 is made small from an inlet 27 toward an outlet 28. The balance hole 26 is a restriction passage having an angle in the reverse direction to the direction of rotation of the turbine rotor 23. This restriction passage is divided into a first restriction passage 29 and a second restriction passage 30, and an angle of the divided second restriction passage 30 is formed to be larger than the angle of the first restriction passage 29. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
