PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoreceptor drum which can be fitted through simple operation by using a vibration-proof material of necessary irreducible size capable of suppressing the generation of an unpleasant sound. SOLUTION: The photoreceptor drum has an unillustrated photosensitive layer formed over the entire external surface of a cylindrical metallic drum base body 1 and is equipped with flange members 3 coupled to a rotary shaft at both ends of the drum base body 1. The vibration-proof material 2 having the width of 35 to 45 mm in axial direction is arranged in close contact with a nearly center part of an inner peripheral surface of the drum base body 1. For the vibration-proof material 2, a polyethylene film is stuck on the top surface of laminar butyl rubber and an adhesion layer is formed on the reverse surface. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
