<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem of troublesomeness of requiring manual operations for writing/reading a terminal device setting file to/from a floppy disk when constructing a conventional digital communication system. <P>SOLUTION: A digital communication system comprises a central processing unit, a base station connected to the central processing unit through a transmission line, and a plurality of terminal devices constituted so as to be able to communicate with the base station. The central processing unit and the base station have storage parts respectively, and management information for operations of the terminal devices is stored in the storage part of the central processing unit, and management tables for recording registration/non-registration information of the management information are provided in the terminal devices and the base station, and the central processing unit reads management information of the terminal devices from its storage part and registers the management information in the terminal devices and the base station, and rewrites the management tables in accordance with the registration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
