PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail distribution system in which a distributor can confirm the electronic mail browse condition of a distribution destination user. SOLUTION: An URL (address) incorporating a user ID and a mail ID is prepared, electronic mail carrying it is distributed to a distribution destination user terminal 80, and also a browsing record table 27 for which the user ID is attached to the browse record of the distribution destination user of the electronic mail is prepared. When a user who looks at the distributed electronic mail opens the address, the user ID and the mail ID are identified from the address, the browsing record table 27 is called, and a read ID indicating that the electronic mail is browsed is written.
