PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, since cutout of an angle of view in the case of performing an electronic zoom is not performed by neither an subject nor the position of a ranging frame, when the angle of view to the subject shifts or the ranging frame is fixed in the center to the angle of view or the ranging frame is not moved, the ranging frame is deviated from the object. SOLUTION: A feature extractor 77 and an AF part 78 perform a focus control based on an imaging picture 6a in the ranging frame. A cutout part 75 and an enlarging/contracting part 76 performs the electronic zoom by cutting out the partial angle of view of the imaging picture 6a.
