PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesion method which can eliminate defective quality owing to insufficient deaeration when a welding film is adhered to a heat resistant plate and improve productivity. SOLUTION: By the use of a heating type laminator, the welding film is laid on the heat resistant plate to be overlapped with each other, the film and the plate are supplied to the laminator and passed twice through the laminator while the feed speed is changed greatly to be high and low so that adhesion between them can be completed in a short time without causing defective quality.
