PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent intrusion of rainwater into an oxygen enriching device while realizing supply of fresh air to the oxygen enriching device arranged in an outdoor machine of an air conditioner. SOLUTION: A vent hole 56 and an air outlet 57 communicating an outdoor unit housing chamber 2 with an oxygen enriching unit housing chamber 4 are provided in a partition wall 3 separating the outdoor unit housing chamber 2 (a first housing chamber), and the oxygen enriching unit housing chamber 4 (a second housing chamber) to allow communication of air. By this, fresh air from outside the oxygen enriching unit housing chamber 4 is supplied from the outdoor unit housing chamber 2 to the oxygen enriching unit housing chamber 4 via the vent hole 56, and air in the oxygen enriching unit housing chamber 4 is exhausted to the outdoor unit housing chamber 2 via the air outlet 57.
