PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp member co-fastening structure for actualizing accurate fastening with improved assembling efficiency. SOLUTION: At least two clamp members 11, 12 are superposed, fastened and fixed to each other. A recessed portion 11b is provided at the end of one clamp member 11 and a pawl portion 12b engageable with the recessed portion 11b is formed at the end of the other clamp member 12. With the recessed portion 11b and the pawl portion 12b engaging with each other, both clamp members 11, 12 are superposed, fastened and fixed to each other.
