PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a drug delivery system resisting to gastric acid and proteases to provide a pharmaceutical preparation technique enabling the oral administration of various protein preparations. SOLUTION: The subject protein oral administration preparation is characterized by encapsulating various protein medicines or protein preparations together with a protease inhibitor and a hyaluronic acid-decomposing enzyme into enteric capsules comprising gastric acid-resistant pectin, or the like. By the protein oral administration preparation, the various protein medicines or protein preparations can be absorbed from intestinal tracts to exhibit medicinal actions without being inactivated with gastric acid and proteases.
