PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet post-processing apparatus having a standby tray for maintaining a stable posture of paper sheets. SOLUTION: A standby tray 10 forms a curved raised part 10e in the longitudinal direction (the conveying direction of paper sheets P) on surfaces of tray members 10a, 10a. The curved raised part 10e is formed with a smooth change so that the paper sheets P ride smoothly thereon. The paper sheets P which are curved and loaded by the raised part 10e from lower sides of the paper sheets are flexibly reinforced in the direction orthogonal to the transverse direction of the paper sheets, i.e., the paper sheet conveying direction.
