PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor for wet development having a predetermined sensitivity over a prolonged period of time and excellent in durability and solvent resistance, and provide an image forming apparatus for wet development. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor for wet development has on a conductive substrate a photosensitive layer containing at least a binder resin, a hole transport agent, and a charge generating agent, wherein an amine compound derivative represented by formula (1) is contained as the hole transport agent. The image forming apparatus for wet development includes such an electrophotographic photoreceptor for wet development. In the formula (1), R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are each independently a substituent, that is, a halogen atom, a 1-20C substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, a 6-40C substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, a 2-20C substituted or unsubstituted unsaturated hydrocarbon group or a substituted or unsubstituted amino group.
