PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncturing instrument manufactured at a low cost and capable of painlessly sampling the blood of a capillary vessel. SOLUTION: This puncturing instrument is integrally provided with a base part limiting the puncture depth and an acute puncture part projecting from the surface of the base part, and is characterized in that the puncture part is integrally and projectingly formed from the surface of a plate material constituting the base part by press molding a metal plate, a resin, or the like.
