An organic electroluminescent element which has excellent heat resistance, a long life, and a high luminescent efficiency and can emit a blue to red light. The organic electroluminescent element comprises a cathode, an anode, and an organic thin film sandwiched therebetween which comprises one or more layers at least including a luminescent layer, the luminescent layer comprising a fluorene compound having a specific structure and an amine compound having a specific structure.
