The invention provides a system and a method for producing a reactive hot-melt adhesive. The system (10) for producing a reactive hot-melt adhesive comprises a batch polyol component tank (12), a batch polyisocyanate tank (14), a mixing head (16) and an aging apparatus (22) constituted of a closed container (18) and a storeroom (20). The mixing head (16) mixes the heated and melted polyol component and polyisocyanate component. The formed reactive mixture is extracted from the closed container (18). The closed container (18) is maintained in the storeroom (20) at specified temperature and in the specified time, and the invention ages the reactive mixture to complete the reaction.
