<p>An actuator capable of increasing the moving range of a movable element in which a specified output can be provided by reducing a variation in thrust by stroke amount. Either of the peripheral surfaces (P1) and (P2) of a plunger (7) on which magnetic flux acting surfaces are formed by energization and first and second yoke parts (5) and (6) opposed to the peripheral surfaces (P1) and (P2) of the plunger (7) comprises such configurations that can progressively vary a magnetic resistance according to the movement of the plunger (7).</p> |
