PEPTIDE CAPABLE OF BINDING TO GAP PROTEIN SH3 DOMAIN, NUCLEOTIDE SEQUENCE CODING THE SAME, AND PREPARATION AND USE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide capable of interacting with a GAP protein SH3 domain, a nucleic acid sequence coding the same, an antibody against the peptide, and a pharmaceutical composition containing them.

SOLUTION: The presence of a protein capable of binding to a GAP protein by directly binding to the SH3 domain, i.e. the polypeptide having about 68 kDa molecular weight and derived from human is proved. The peptide contributes to the elucidation of the contribution of the SH3 domain to the transduction of an Ras signal.
