<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication circuit holder capable of suppressing an external influence on an IC chip itself or an electric or mechanical contact part thereof while reducing the cost. <P>SOLUTION: This communication circuit holder 10 comprises at least a structure formed by successively superposing a first substrate 11A, a first adhesive member 12A, a second adhesive member 12B, a second substrate 11B, a third adhesive member 13A, a fourth adhesive member 13B and a third substrate 11C, a circuit 14 having communication function, arranged between the first adhesive member 12A and the second adhesive member 12B, a space part 15 formed by removing the whole first substrate 11A and the first adhesive member 12A so as to expose first contacts 14a and 14b, a conductor 17 electrically connected to second contacts 14c and 14d, and extending through the second adhesive member 12A, the second substrate 11B, the third adhesive member 13A, the fourth adhesive member 13B, and the third substrate 11C, and a short circuit part 16 electrically connected to the conductor 17 on the outside of the third substrate 11C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
