<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate-mounted thin antenna capable of being mounted on a module substrate and covering a wide band. <P>SOLUTION: A ground surface 11 and an insulating surface 12 are formed on the module substrate 10. A ground contact point 13 is formed near the insulating surface 12 of the ground surface 11. A power feeding point 14 is formed on the insulating surface 12 so as to oppose the ground contact point 13. Inverse L-shaped first and second transmission paths 15a, 16a are formed across the ground surface 11 on both sides from the power feeding point 14 on the insulating surface 13. First and second loop elements 15, 16 are formed for short-circuiting the power feeding point 14 and the ground contact point 13.
