<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase operability to perform security control for security operation based on any detection by installing a picking detection means for the shutter of a shutter curtain and a door body opening detection means detecting the opening of a door body from a fully closed state in the control part of an opening and closing machine for opening and closing the shutter curtain in a shutter device for construction having the shutter curtain opening and closing the outside of the door body. <P>SOLUTION: This control part 6 of the opening and closing machine 3 comprises the shutter picking detection means, the door body opening detection means formed of proximity switches 9, a shutter opening and closing state detection means formed of encoders 10, and a security operation restriction means.
