DIGITAL WIRELESS TERMINAL

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital wireless terminal for solving a problem of an output of white noise due to the effect of noise of a digital wireless receiver main body and electric field noise or the like when the digital wireless terminal completes reception from an opposite party or reaches a silence state because of absence of voice from the opposite party even during the reception.

SOLUTION: A reception signal processing section for processing digital sound is configured to comprise a voice CODEC 202 for converting the digital sound into linear n-bit data (wherein n is a positive integer), a digital noise filter 203, and a means for converting an output of the digital noise filter into a voice signal, and discriminates a voice period and a silence period on the basis of the linear n-bit data received by the digital noise filter from the voice CODEC and controls the digital noise filter so as to set "0" to all the bits of the linear n-bit data for the silence period in the output of the digital noise filter.
