<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reproducing device having a flexible image search function with which a user can search his or her desired image in a short period of time by simple operation without feeling troubled with operation. <P>SOLUTION: Continuing to operate a right key of a cross key for a prescribed time or longer is regarded as an indication of image search by a CPU in a digital camera to automatically switch from a normal mode (Figure (a)) to a fast forwarding mode (Figure (b)).
