<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-automatic pizza sauce-applying machine, capable of applying and quickly spreading the pizza sauce dripped on a pizza crust flowing on a belt conveyer by a simple gadget, and a pizza pie-production system built-in the applying machine. <P>SOLUTION: The pizza sauce-applying machine has a rotary driving source driven by a switching operation, an applying plate linked with a rotary shaft of the rotary driving source, revolving around the rotary shaft and applying the pizza sauce on the upper surface of the pizza crust by the revolution, a ring-shaped frame body making a contact with the upper surface of the pizza crust on applying the pizza sauce and surrounding the revolution zone of the applying plate, an energizing means for energizing the whole of the rotary driving source, applying plate and frame body in leaving direction from the pizza crust, and left and right handles for moving the whole of the rotary driving source, applying plate and frame body in the leaving direction from the pizza crust and the conveying direction of the pizza crust. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
