<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user support system in business processing that immediately audits input items entered by a user using business processing software and supports the user for completing adequate business processing in situ. <P>SOLUTION: A user terminal has a user setting registration means for setting user information to identify each user terminal and messages. A message delivery server has: a user authentication means for authenticating the user information and user authentication information; a user setting storage means for storing the user setting after the user information is authenticated; a support information database for storing support information with respect to user support in business processing; and a transmit information selection means for selecting the information, which is transmitted to the user terminal from the support information depending on the user setting, as the transmit information.
