PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double tank type oil pan structure capable of quickly raising temperature of engine oil and reducing damage of a resin-made oil pan separator arranged inside of an oil pan when the oil pan collides against a projection. SOLUTION: In the double tank oil pan 1, an inside of an oil pan 2 is divided into a first chamber 4 having a suction opening 6a arranged therein and a second chamber 5 by an oil pan separator 3 including a recess part 3a1. The oil pan separator 3 includes an attachment part 3c to an oil pan 12 and an impact absorbing part 3d. The impact absorbing part 3d is formed in a bellows shape. With this structure, impact to the oil pan separator 3 due to contraction, deformation and movement of an impact absorbing part 3d can be reduced even if the projection 13 collides against the oil pan 2.
