PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-bit signal transmission device and a one-bit signal reception device which constitute a one-bit signal transmission system capable of reducing transmission errors of one-bit signals. SOLUTION: The one-bit signal transmission device includes a clock generation circuit 5 for generating a clock signal, delta sigma modulation circuits 1R and 1L for using the clock signal to convert an analog signal or a multi-bit signal to a one-bit signal, and a transmission means (circuit comprising ASK modulation circuits 2R, 2L and 6, a synthesizing circuit 3, and millimeter wave transmission part 4) for synthesizing a signal based on the clock signal with the one-bit signal to transmit them. The one-bit signal reception device for receiving signals from the one-bit signal transmission device includes a reception means for receiving a transmission signal wherein the signal based on the clock signal is synthesized with the one-bit signal, and a waveform shaping circuit for using the clock signal to shape the waveform of the one-bit signal.
