PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance device for improving working efficiency by reducing burdens on a worker in laying a floor panel. SOLUTION: The conveyance device is provided with a suction part 38 sucking the floor panel 82, an arm part 30 rotating the sucked floor panel 82 in the horizontal direction, a column 24 with a hoisting and lowering mechanism hoisting and lowering this arm part 30, and a movable carriage 22 to which this column 24 is fitted. A seating part 26 where the worker is seated is provided in the movable carriage 22, and an operation panel for operating the suction/release of the floor panel 82 in a state where the worker is seated in the seating part 26 is provided in the arm part 30.
