PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper container for carrying a small amount of food, non-essential grocery items, artificial flowers or fresh flowers with a handle made of only paper and with waterproof and leakproof characteristics. SOLUTION: In forming this paper container, a folding line surrounding a rectangle and from its intersection folding lines for sectioning the adjoining parts of the side face parts and the corner parts of the container are formed. A folded covered edge part is extensively formed through the folding line at the tip end edge side of a set of facing side face parts. Handle inserting holes (11a, 5d, 5e, 6d, 6e) (12a, 7d, 7e, 8d, 8e) are formed on the folded covered edge part and the adjoining part. The container is built in a three dimension following the folding lines, and in this condition, the holes (11a, 5d, 5e, 6d, 6e) and the holes (12a, 7d, 7e, 8d, 8e) are superimposed.
