PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster capable of changing the presence/absence of revolving if necessary, and easily and certainly carrying out this changing operation by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The caster comprises a mounting seat 1 mounted to a mounted element such as a truck main body, a yoke 5 provided so as to revolve in regard to the mounting seat 1, a wheel 80 rotatably held between forked supporting pieces 7, 7 of the yoke 5, and a revolution fixing portion provided between the mounting seat 1 and the yoke 5. The revolution fixing portion moves an engaging portion 45 to the yoke 5 side to be engaged with the engaged portion 52 provided on a center piece 6 of the yoke 5 and fixing revolution of the yoke 5 relative to the mounting seat 1 by rotating a lever 20 provided at a lower part of the mounting seat 1.
