PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spot-welding monitoring instrument capable of correctly determining acceptance/rejection of the welding by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The spot-welding monitoring instrument 1 to monitor acceptance/rejection of the spot welding to be continuously performed on a plurality of parts of a metal plate 102 by a pair of electrodes 101 comprises a detection means to detect the voltage between the electrodes 101, a storage means to continuously store voltage information 21 based on the voltage detected by the detection means, a comparison means to acquire difference information 22 on the difference in the voltage information 21 by comparing the voltage information 21 stored in the storage means and with the predetermined time interval therebetween, and a determination means to determine acceptance/rejection of the welding based on the difference information 22 acquired by the comparison means.
