PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat having a receiving part of load for providing a sitter with good sitting feeling and keeping a stable sitting posture. SOLUTION: The vehicle seat 1 has a backrest part 20 having a sheet-like elastomer 24 stretched in a frame of a seat frame 42. A plate 23a is arranged on the sheet-like elastomer 24 so as to cover a partial region for keeping posture of the sitter. A sitting part 10 is provided with a plate 13 for sitting so as to cover inside of a frame of a seat frame 41. An opening 13b having a predetermined shape is formed in the plate 13 in a part receiving the load applied by the buttocks of the sitter, and a sheet-like elastomer 14 is stretched inside the opening 13b.
