PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas boil device and a drying device bringing a large amount to a boil condition in an extremely short time without losing useful components, and to provide a transfer article sterilizing device, a gas boil method and a transfer article sterilizing method. SOLUTION: The gas boil device, drying device, and gas boil method comprise adding steam to heated gas to bring to high humidity high temperature gas of an article boil corresponding temperature and an article boil corresponding humidity, jetting the high humidity high temperature gas from the surroundings while transferring an article and bringing the article to a boil condition with impinging jet of the high humidity high temperature gas and gas atmosphere after jetting. The transfer article sterilizing device and method comprise jetting high temperature gas from the surroundings while transferring an article and sterilizing the article with impinging jet of the high temperature gas and gas atmosphere after jetting.
