The implant system (1) with manipulating implant (3) has implant cap (2) which is fitted at first front face of manipulating implant. Implant cap is fitted opposite to first front face (9) and second front face (10) of manipulating implant in such a manner that it is detachable. Manipulating implant has through hole (17) running along longitudinal center axis (6). The through hole runs from first front face and reaching up to second front face. An independent claim is also included for a manipulating implant with two opposite front faces.
