In the present invention, there is disclosed a protective and healing ointment exhibiting regenerative and antiphlogistic activity consisting of a mixture having per 100 parts by volume of the ointment-base 50 to 200 parts by weight of a tissue preparation dry matter containing 20 to 40 percent by weight of essential amino acids in a free form and in the form of oligopeptides and peptides, and further 1 to 6 parts by volume of at least one ingredient being selected from the group consisting of St. John's-wort oil, succinic acid, cedar oil, chestnut tincture and birch tincture or birch tar, whereby the volume and weight parts are in mutual ratio as milliliters and milligrams. |
