<p>The device has a plugging unit (13) through which a sealed packaging (10) is pierced, where the packaging is reclosed after removing a piercing unit (8). The plugging unit is formed of two cage shaped units (1, 2) that are slaved together. The cage shaped unit (1) is fitted with a thermoplastic material that is re-closable after the piercing. The unit (2) has a spreading unit to create a vacuum chamber at the piercing unit.
