PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently prevent drippings in a low melting-point metal sheet used as a heat conduction material. SOLUTION: The low melting-point metal sheet 1 is composed of the following sheet section 3 and meshes 5. In the sheet section 3, a Bi-Sn-In alloy (the melting point of 60 to 260°C) is molded in a rectangular-parallelopiped sheet shape. The meshes 5 are composed of the metallic small-gage wire of a Monel metal, copper, aluminum or the like in a mesh width of 0.1 mm to 5 mm, and sunk into the sheet section 3. The meshes 5 are a size larger than the sheet section 3, and their peripheries are projected from the peripheral end face of the sheet section 3. Since the sheet section 3 is manufactured of the alloy having the low melting point, the sheet section is often melted by a heating by an electronic part or the like. Since the melted alloy is also caught by the meshes 5 in this case, however, the so-called drippings can be prevented excellently. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
