PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cushioning material capable of easily molding the cushioning material having an arbitrary two-layered structural shape and excellent characteristics and capable of injecting a molding material in arbitrary timing. SOLUTION: A flexible film 7 is arranged in the cavity 20 of a lower mold 2 so as to form an opening part 72. Subsequently, a first raw material 41 is allowed to flow in the cavity from the opening part 72 while a second raw material is injected from a place other than the opening part 72. Next, the lower mold 2 and an upper mold 3 are closed to integrally perform the foam molding of the first and second raw materials 41 and 42 using the film 7 as a boundary layer. Then, the cushioning material 1 having a two-layered structure consisting of first foam comprising the first raw material 41 and second foam comprising the second raw material and having the film held between both foams is molded. |
