The inner part (13) of the expiration element (9) is designed as a wider lower segment (18) and a narrow upper segment (19) connected with a least two wing-shaped bridges (20, 25) positioned parallel to the longitudinal axis (15) of the element (9) and the direction of the air flow. The outer part (14) is bell-shaped and facilitates the air to leave through a duct (16) formed between the outer case (14) and the spaces (21) between the bridges (20, 25) located at the inner part (13) resulting in a quiet, turbulence free expiration process. |
