The system has an indoor unit with heat exchanger (10) including a space for a fan that draws air and discharges the air through the exchanger (10). Guide units guides external air to a room and guides room air to outside of the room. A preheat exchanger arranged in communication with the guide units provides indirect heat exchange of the external air and room air passing the preheat exchanger.
