<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam cutting equipment capable of completely recovering molten stuff and smoke, and cutting a cylindrical sample in a desired shape even when the cylindrical sample is small in diameter. SOLUTION: In a laser beam cutting equipment provided with a chuck unit 2 capable of holding a cylindrical sample 90 and moving it in a longitudinal direction and in a rotational direction, and a laser beam unit 3 which irradiates the cylindrical sample 90 with the laser beam and cuts it to the desired shape, a means 5 which inserts a resin tube 91 in the cylindrical sample 90, jetting the compressed air in a gap between the resin tube 91 and the cylindrical sample 90, and discharges the molten stuff and smoke generated during the laser beam cutting from the inside of the cylindrical sample 90 is provided.</p> |
